Sir Sadiq Khan, the outgoing Mayor of London – he will be kicked out in the May 6 elections- claims he’s worried at the fall in tourism and a lack of foreign investment due to videos being spread on social media showing the capital is in the grip of crime.
The videos go under the name London Has Fallen. So concerned is Khan that he and Met Commissioner Mark Rowley spent an hour briefing global diplomats, including our new ambassador in Washington, in which he said the videos weren’t accurate, saying there had been ‘’real progress ‘’against knife crime. Mmmm.
How does he square his view that London is a safe place with new phone footage – let’s call it Clapham Has Fallen- which shows there has been a major outbreak of lawlessness in South London, which would not only put off overseas investors but would also, more importantly, put off the people of Clapham from even going to their own high street?
Incredibly, the footage shows 100+ feral youths from predominantly minority backgrounds - why didn’t establishment media disclose this detail about the rioters looting and causing mayhem at M&S, Boots, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and even McDonald’s in Clapham High Street?
Peace wasn’t restored in the high street until police ordered the stores to close, keeping shoppers trapped inside for an hour when it was deemed safe to leave. How shocking is that?
This was Clapham, for God’s sake, not Tehran. How on earth must the employees have felt at the violence exploding around them?
Bad enough that there’s nothing they can do when they see a shoplifter at work. How much worse when they see that they organised violence and that if they stepped in, they could face terrible consequences.
The first attack in Clapham came last Saturday. Apparently, it was organised through TikTok. Mainstream media wasn’t interested.
As with much in this area, the news was relayed through socials. Congrats to Jacob Rees-Mogg’s show for putting the phone footage on his GB News show last night, which then alerted the whole country to what was going on.
As you will have seen, there was another eruption in Clapham High Street last night. Dozens of officers were sent to the scene in an attempt to quell the anti-social behaviour.
But the youths refused to obey orders to disperse and faced off against the police. This time, the establishment media woke up and started covering the story for the big event that it was.

This is a trend. Last month's footage showed teenagers running through the streets of Wolverhampton, hurling eggs at buses and pedestrians.
Further, it was revealed there had been big trouble in Solihull in the Midlands, where police ordered a 36-hour exclusion order following disturbances with the lawless young.
The reality is that they don’t care if they are arrested. There is no public humiliation as the youth courts are banned by law from revealing the identity of the accused. That should change.
In the old days, a 14 or 15 year-olds were considered a child. Today they are very grown up, know all their rights and can just laugh at the law as they did with officers in Clapham.
Feel really sorry for supermarket employees, but feel much the same for our police officers who know that if they rightly, in my view, give these mini-rioters a clip round the ear, you can be sure that footage would be uploaded to X in a heartbeat and the officer were suspended.
This is a big story. Had it happened in New York, our media would have been all over it, but because it happened in our backyard and was dominated by a minority group, MSM didn’t want to go anywhere near it.
I suspect over the Easter holidays, there will be more Claphams. I trust it will be better reported by the establishment media.
