The newly released trailer for the fifth series of Clarkson's Farm has unveiled a frightening health emergency involving Jeremy Clarkson.
Footage published on Monday shows the 66-year-old presenter connected to monitoring equipment whilst lying in a hospital bed at John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
An ambulance can be seen racing through rural lanes before the scene shifts to the medical facility.
In the clip, Mr Clarkson explains his condition to colleague Kaleb Cooper, stating: "You've got three arteries that feed your heart to keep it pumping. My heart wasn't getting any blood."

Mr Cooper's face displays visible shock at the revelation.
Another farm worker then remarked: "To be fair, my mother dropped dead of heart attack at 67," with Mr Clarkson replying: "cheery news."
This is not the first occasion Mr Clarkson has experienced cardiac difficulties.
Back in 2024, the broadcaster underwent an emergency heart procedure at the same Oxford hospital after suffering chest tightness whilst on holiday in the Indian Ocean.

Doctors inserted a stent to unblock a restricted artery during that earlier incident.
Writing in his Sunday Times column at the time, Mr Clarkson described recognising the warning signs, recalling: "I certainly wasn't having a heart attack.
"But if it hadn't looked that way, I never would have been sent to hospital."
During that holiday, he recalled needing to check his limbs were functioning properly when standing, struggling with swimming, and being unable to manage stairs without assistance.

A physician reportedly warned him he had been "days away" from a potentially catastrophic outcome.
Despite his health concerns, the trailer suggests Mr Clarkson remains fully committed to running Diddly Squat Farm.
The upcoming series will feature his ambitious experiment with autonomous agricultural machinery, introducing what he describes as the "Starship Enterprise of farming" – a driverless tractor.
When presented with the plans, farm manager Charlie Ireland appeared stunned, whilst Mr Cooper expressed concern about job security, stating: "That is basically taking my job."
His fears proved short-lived, however, as the vehicle promptly broke down mid-field.
The technological venture sent Mr Cooper abroad for the first time in his life as he travelled to the Netherlands to observe cutting-edge Dutch farming operations.
Season five will also document a tuberculosis outbreak among the livestock and explore how recent government budget changes have created turmoil across British agriculture.
The first four episodes of the new series will arrive on Prime Video on June 3, with additional instalments following on June 10 and 17.
Mr Clarkson has made clear his intention to continue filming at his Oxfordshire farm for the foreseeable future.
Speaking to The Sun earlier this year, he expressed confidence about the show's longevity: "We'll definitely do six - Amazon want to [do season six] and I want to. I've got a good idea for six."
He added: "I said I'll stop doing them when there are no more ideas. But I've got two quite good ones, so we'll do six and then we'll see."
