An Iranian dissident has risked his life to send a video message from inside the war-torn country – warning Sir Keir Starmer he risks “disaster” if he does not join the fight against the Islamic Republic.
In a film secretly recorded for GB News, the 41-year-old said it was “disappointing" the Prime Minister had not put the Islamic Revolutionary Guard on the "terrorist list". And, bravely beating a near-total internet blackout, he urged United States President Donald Trump to carry on the conflict and “finish the job".
The People's Channel contacted the man, whose identity is hidden due to the threat of repercussions from Iran's brutal regime, a week into the bloody war via contacts in the Middle East. A series of questions were sent to the man, seeking a true picture of what people there thought about Mr Trump’s military intervention, Britain's response and the reality of day-to-day life as bombs rain down.
For nearly two weeks, Britain's News Channel had no response as Iran’s loathsome leadership lashed out further at already fragile "freedoms" inside the country, where thousands have been slaughtered for speaking out. However, this week, the People's Channel managed to contact the outside world – with a gripping testimony offering rare insight into those trapped Iranians opposed to their fanatical politicians.
In a message to the Labour Government, he said: "We are under the belief that England has always been an ally to the US, and they have been highly influential in some of the most important changes in the world... and therefore our expectations of the Prime Minister of Britain are that he must take steps that will prevent further negative impact... such as World War III.
"Rest assured that keeping the Islamic Republic of Iran in place will lead to much bigger disaster while Britain thinks they are dealing with full control over such regime. However, this regime is uncontrollable. We hope that they too will take action against this regime, just like the Americans and Israel, and not only take a defence position."

He also used the video message to question why the IRGC had not been outlawed in Britain, following in the footsteps of Brussels, adding: "In regard to the European Union’s decision in January 2026, in placing and proscribing the IRGC into the terrorist list, while the United Kingdom did not take the same action, I have to say, unfortunately, it is disappointing.
"The Iranian people have continuously provided evidence of atrocities committed by the IRGC against Iranian civilians for years. For some reason United Kingdom’s government refuses to proscribe IRGC into the terrorist list, and that is very dangerous to the safety. However, we are hopeful that the UK will change course on this decision and will take actions in alliance with the Iranian people and change our opinion of them. We always want UK to be our ally.”
This week, Mr Trump gave mixed messages over the length of the war and how it could end. The US President claimed it could be over in "two or three" weeks, urging other world powers to help free up the Strait of Hormuz and release global oil supplies.
However, the dissident, who lives in a city in southern Iran, is adamant he and many like him are keen for the US to finish off the ailing Iranian regime, saying: “Please don’t leave us alone!"

He said: "If I could speak directly to President Trump, I will thank him for his resilient and persistent standing in unity with the people of Iran and I want to say thank you to the people of Israel and for their patience for standing with us during this time. The only President in the United States after all of these years who managed to not only in words but in action stand with the people of Iran is President Trump. All of the presidents before him in the past 47 years have kept this regime alive through diplomacy; they kept the Ayatollah’s regime alive.
"I also want to thank Prime Minister Netanyahu for standing with the people of Iran. I also want to ask President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu to please continue and do not end this war until the end of this regime. Please do not leave us alone with a terrorist regime. This regime is currently wounded. If you do not finish the job today, we will not have a safe future in Iran. Please do not leave us alone."
Despite blocking most communications, some people like this man have found limited but highly restricted ways to access external networks to stay connected with the outside world. In some cases, securing that access can cost close to an entire month’s salary. It also carries significant personal risk and the severest consequences if discovered by the regime’s evil secret police foot soldiers.
Nevertheless, he is prepared to put himself in peril to fight for the downfall of Iran’s evil leaders. And he has thanked British supporters and friends of GB News for their backing.

As we do not have any voice from inside of Iran to tell the outside world what is happening to us, it is the Iranians from the outside who are carrying our message and are being our voice, please listen to them. This is incredibly valuable to us. We sometimes see their videos and pictures on the satellites every once in a while, and that is incredibly heartwarming to us.”
In a final message to the GB News community and beyond, he described his hope for a “bright and free future” for his country and asked people across the worlds to stand together for them.
He added: "From here I want to say to the viewers of GB News and the people of Britain that’s after years of enduring pain us the people of Iran have managed to with the help of the American and the Israel forces are capable of defeating this criminal. I want you to stand with the people of Iran and help the rescue mission with Americans and Israel. You may not believe this but my people in Iran have no rights.
"We have no freedom … we hope to have United Kingdom involved in all of these changes for the bright and free future of Iran. We want to encourage the British people to stand with the people of Iran. The Americans and Israel are defeating a regime that is killing our people.”
