Authorities in California have identified the body of a dismembered teenager found in the back of a prominent singer's Tesla.
Last week, the mutilated body of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas was discovered in the vehicle - belonging to 20-year-old TikTok star and musician D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke.
Officers from Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) made the grim discovery in an impound lot in Hollywood Hills after receiving numerous reports of a foul smell coming from the Tesla Model Y.
Authorities said her body was found wrapped in plastic and not fully intact due to being badly decomposed.

Ms Rivas disappeared from Lake Elsinore in 2024 aged just 13, according to a missing person's poster published by the Riverside Sheriff's Office.
The 15-year-old's mother told TMZ that as soon as news emerged that police found body parts in the vehicle, she feared it was her daughter.
She also revealed to the outlet that she was aware Ms Rivas previously had a boyfriend named David, and had a similar tattoo on her index finger to Mr Burke.
A spokesman for the singer told NBC 4 that he has been "fully cooperating" with law enforcement.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office is yet to establish Ms Rivas' cause of death.
Mr Burke has not been charged with any crimes in connection to the incident.
In a statement, police said: "At this time, the LAPD does not have a crime classification from the coroner as to the mode or manner of death.
"Thus, we do not have any suspect information at this time."

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said: "The Los Angeles Police Department that Celeste Rivas Hernandez has been identified as the juvenile who was reported missing from Lake Elsinore.
"The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating this incident as a homicide and will be the point of contact for any further details regarding this investigation."
After the news emerged that Ms Rivas had been discovered, Mr Burke cancelled his gig in Seattle scheduled for Wednesday night on his "Withered" world tour.
It is unknown whether the singer will be cancelling further performances as the police investigation continues.
Residents living close to where the body was found told Rolling Stone magazine that the Tesla had been moved on a number of occasions in the past three months.
Hollister and Crocs have removed all promotional content filmed with the 20-year-old singer as the LAPD investigation continues.
Mr Burke shot to stardom in 2022 after his singles "Romantic Homicide" and "Here With Me" went viral on TikTok.
He currently boasts 3.8 million followers on the platform and his content has received over 93 million likes.
