A small boat migrant given asylum in Britain took an eight-week holiday in Afghanistan, sparking an investigation.
DG Usama filmed himself arriving here in 2022 from Kabul before telling UK officials his Taliban-controlled homeland was too dangerous to return to.
Since the 5,000-mile journey, he returned for an eight-week holiday.

Mr Usama reportedly won his asylum claim between April 2022 and his apparent holiday in summer 2024.
During his time back in Kabul, he posted a six-part highlights video, showing a convoy of Lexus and Toyota cars on a road trip around scenic Takhar in north-western Afghanistan, as well as a 30-second clip from Band-e Amir, a natural park dubbed the nation’s "Blue Heart".
Further posts show he appears to have remained in London since his apparent holiday.
Government guidelines prohibit asylum seekers from returning to their home country after they have made a claim.

A Home Office rulebook states that those with a valid refugee travel document "can usually travel to all countries except the country you’re from (and) any country you sought asylum from".
Shadow Justice Secretary Robert Jenrick said the case showed the Government was "naive".
He told the Sun: "Illegal migrants like this must be laughing at how naive the Government are. He should never have been allowed back into the UK after he apparently holidayed in Afghanistan.
"If Germany are regularly removing illegal migrants from Afghanistan back home, why aren’t we?"
The official Foreign Office advises Brits not to visit Afghanistan due to the volatile security situation.

Mr Usama has also posted videos of his return plane trip from his home city via Dubai: "Back to UK."
In a video showcasing his arrival in Britain, he panned the camera to show people waving as they crossed from Calais and were met by border control.
Alongside the video, he wrote: "Alhamdulillah (praise be to God) now I am in UK."
A spokeswoman said: "Whilst we do not comment on individual cases, where there is evidence of someone holding protection status returning to their country of origin, it will trigger a review of their status."
