Patrick Christys shared the shocking footage on his show

Patrick Christys has taken aim at Justice Secretary David Lammy after the GB News star shared footage of a murderer illegally filming himself in jail.

The convict could be seen dancing and rapping on a phone behind bars, in exclusive footage shared with the People's Channel.

"Do you really think David Lammy is taking this stuff seriously?" Patrick questioned.

The gobsmacking video was aired just a day after David Lammy announced his Government would order an independent investigation into the accidental release of migrant sex offender Hadush Kebatu.

"Another day, another humiliation for David Lammy," Patrick sternly declared.

He continued: "A depraved student who stabbed his housemate to death through the heart during an argument about their taste in music, seems to be taunting his victim's family by dancing and rapping in prison while smoking an unknown substance, maybe cannabis.

"Smirking Syed Hussain-Kazi is seen dancing and rapping while illegally filming himself on a mobile phone in jail for a clip, which he then posted on Instagram."

During his court hearing in 2024, Hull Crown Court heard the victim was "stabbed through the heart" with a 6-inch long bladed knife.

Sachin Hawkins was playing music when the "depraved" student "started poking fun at his taste in music".

The two then began calling each other slurs, with the back-and-forth escalating to extreme violence.

The convicted murderer, served life with a minimum of 18 years, is continuing to serve his sentence.

"Everything about that clip is illegal. Literally everything," Patrick raged.

"Smoking what could very well be drugs, on a phone he's not supposed to have, posting to a social media account he's not supposed to be able to access is another embarrassing episode for the Ministry of Justice."

He continued: "Still reeling from the accidental release of HMP Chelmsford of notorious child sex offender Haddish Cobalt on Friday and yesterday.

"David Lammy, of course, chuckled in Parliament when he was challenged about the accidental release of that Ethiopian illegal migrant."

After announcing that the investigation would be launched, Robert Jenrick asked if the Justice Secretary would resign if his Government failed to deport the sex offender within a week.

In the Commons, Mr Jenrick asked: “What is the Justice Secretary going to do now to address the way in which problems in our prisons are covered up routinely or wished away?”

He later added: “Can the Justice Secretary give the House his cast iron assurance that this man will be deported from our country by the end of the week, as he promised on the news on Sunday?

"And if he fails, will he take responsibility and resign?”

But Deputy Prime Minister Mr Lammy repeated “no” from his seat as Mr Jenrick spoke across the despatch box, and could be seen shouting the words: "Grow up!"
