The mother of a student killed in the Nottingham attacks has told GB News that authorities and agencies "look the other way and continue to look the other way" with the victims' families.
Emma Webber, whose son Barnaby was one of three people killed by Valdo Calocane in June 2023, criticised the lack of support from officials as revelations about failings at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust continue to emerge.
Speaking to GB News, the mother said: "We're going to do our own thing because we've had nothing. No plans, no invitations, no support from either the leader of the council or the vice-chancellor of the university.
"It's so wrong. It's so painful. I can't put into words how it feels going there. But we will, and we will announce our times and plans soon. We need to talk to Grace's mum and dad, and Ian's boys and family, and the survivors."

GB News host Martin Daubney said: "This march, whatever it becomes, is gathering vital momentum. June 13 is vital, because they will try to turn a blind eye. They will try to ignore it and hope it goes away. But I know you, I know the families that's not going to happen."
She responded: "When will they listen? When will they hear us? When will they start doing the right thing, doing their jobs properly, and admitting their faults?
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS
"The inquiry was formally begun yesterday by Judge Deborah Taylor. There's a website, there's her video message.
"That's one part of it, Martin. Whatever we do, we will make sure the doctors, the police, the CPS anyone and everyone who has failed will be held to account. But it goes beyond that."
"There have been more revelations this week. That individual, that monster, got away with murder. If it's the last thing I do, I will prove that he was fully diminished.
"This is the beginning of the fight. It's the fight for justice. The inquiry is one thing. Remembering my beautiful boy, Grace, and Ian is another.
"Making lasting change is another. But holding those to account is essential, because lessons won't be learned. They never have been."
Martin said: "You've said you would welcome survivors to come along. Would you mind if I came along? I would love to come."
She responded: "I'd be honoured. I have to have hope, have to be positive. There's more good than bad out there."
Valdo Calocane, who had paranoid schizophrenia and was under the care of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, killed 19-year-old students Barnaby Webber and Grace O'Malley-Kumar, along with 65-year-old caretaker Ian Coates in Nottingham on 13 June 2023.
A report into Calocane's care revealed he was not forced to have long-lasting anti-psychotic medication because he did not like needles. He also attempted to kill three other people in the city during the attacks.
Recent revelations show that two other patients with paranoid schizophrenia under the trust's care, Josef Easom-Cooper and Junior Dietlin, attacked six men in separate incidents weeks before the Calocane killings.
Easom-Cooper stabbed a church-goer outside an Easter service in April 2023, while Dietlin stabbed five strangers in Nottingham and Mansfield in February 2023.
The BBC reported that both men had histories of concerning behaviour before their attacks.
