An inquiry launched by the Health and Safety Executive and Norfolk Constabulary aims to establish how the horrific event occurred.
Initial findings found that Mr Wenn was "entangled in a trommel screen and sustained fatal traumatic injuries".
A trommel screen is a mechanical screening machine that uses a rotating, perforated cylindrical drum to separate materials by size.
As material is fed into the rotating drum, smaller particles fall through the holes or mesh, while larger items are retained and exit at the end.
