Nigel Farage has blamed a leftover European Union law as question marks over whether the first Rwanda immigration flight will take place on time.
Around 130 people have been notified they could be removed on the inaugural flight due to take off on Tuesday.
But lawyers for more than 90 migrants have already submitted legal challenges asking to stay in the UK with the rest expected to follow suit this week.

While Care4Calais, the Public and Commercial Services union and Detention Action are seeking a judicial review of the scheme, with a High Court hearing due to take place on Friday.
The fresh challenge has cast doubt over whether the first flight will take off in time.
Speaking on the scheduled flight during a GB News Farage at Large special from Portsmouth, Nigel said: “Rwanda, I said to you at the time, I very much doubt that flight will go.
“But there is a flight due to go to Rwanda next Tuesday and 140 people have been notified that they will be on that plane.
“However, the Public and Commercial Services Union, Care4Calais and Detention Action have launched a judicial review."
He continued: “It will be heard in the high court tomorrow; they are seeking an injunction to get that flight stopped.
“And we may have left the European Union but we stayed part of the European Convention of Human Rights, I thought that was a mistake.
“As a result of that the human rights act is still in place and it means they’ll all claim article 8, the right to a family life, you know my fifth cousin is living somewhere in the country.
“I very much doubt this plane will go.”
