A neighbour has baffled locals after writing a note to a tree complaining about it blocking sunlight.
The homeowner expressed outrage that the large plant was blocking sunlight, causing him "inconvenience".
Shocked by the note, an anonymous local took to social media to share it with others.
Posting on Reddit, the man said: "I think my angry neighbour has finally lost it."
The letter read: "Dear Tree. I am writing to you today to express my frustration and anger over the fact that you are blocking the sunlight from reaching my property.
"I know that you may not be able to understand or respond to this letter, but I feel that it is important for me to express my feelings.
"As you may or may not be aware, trees need sunlight to survive and grow."
The neighbour notes that while he "appreciates the beauty and shade you provide", he feels the tree is "being a real jerk by blocking the sunlight" from reaching his home.
