Over 10,000 Pakistanis have filed for asylum

Pakistani migrants have been paying up to £50,000 for visa applications to enter the UK using forged documents, openly boasting about how they are exploiting weak border controls.

The Home Office are having to work through several applications, which possess numerous grammatical errors and mistakes.

One application references a job at a fake hospital, stating that they would "recommend her for any position she may to seeking. We wish her all the best in future".

Syed Kamran Haider, the chief executive of Mirput Visa Consultant (MVC) in the Pakistan-administered region of Kashmir, has been found to be sharing loopholes in the UK asylum system.

Syed Kamran Haider shares loopholes in the UK asylum system

The information, obtained by The Telegraph, shows Haider operating publicly online, stating how to "easily manipulate" the system.

Sir Keir Starmer has come under pressure with the migrant crisis in the UK, following his "one in, one out" deal with France, which will see a mere 50 people per week sent back.

Pakistanis represent the highest number of asylum applications, with 10,542 filing for asylum, an 80 per cent increase from the year before.

This is despite Pakistanis not even being the top 10 of small boat crossers, with Iran, Afghanistan and Iraq boasting the top three.

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS

UK-based immigration lawyer Harjap Bhangal said: "They don't need to come on small boats because they come on visas. They are one of the biggest groups that come on visas, and don't go back."

Haider's firm is charging thousands of pounds to falsify their clients' documents, including fake bank statements and CVs.

A fake letter, obtained by The Telegraph, was littered with grammatical errors and claimed a series of false information.

The letter lied about working in a healthcare facility and holding a "nursing assistant diploma".

Asylum applications with dozens of mistakes are sent to the Home Office

All of Haider's videos bragging about how people can exploit the system end with: "Those who want to apply, the contact numbers of our staff are provided below."

Bhangal said: "If you claim asylum before that visa runs out, you can still work. The Home Office is a broken institution.

"They are not realising where the loopholes are [and] what is being done, what migrants are doing.

"The trend for Pakistanis is to get a visa and come over, then claim asylum - so the asylum claims come from students who don't go to university, or people who come on dodgy healthcare visas and then don't find work; and visitor visas, as a large number are people who come as families."

Bhangal explained that the situation in Pakistan is "dire" and people are desperate to get out.
