Meghan Markle will give a keynote speech during her and husband Prince Harry’s visit to the UK as the Sussexes are also set to meet gender equality delegates.
A spokesperson for Meghan and Harry announced that the pair will be visiting the UK next month to attend charity events.
The couple will travel to Manchester for the One Young World Summit, an event which brings together young leaders from more than 190 countries, on September 5.
During the event, Meghan will deliver a keynote address, while the Duke and Duchess will also meet with a group of delegates working on gender equality, One Young World said.

The Duchess of Sussex is a counsellor for the organisation, alongside Justin Trudeau, Sir Richard Branson, and Jamie Oliver.
One Young World co-founders, David Jones and Kate Robertson said: “The Duchess of Sussex has been a truly amazing supporter of One Young World for the past eight years.
“It has been inspiring to see her continue to champion young leaders in our community, both in public and behind the scenes.
“We are so grateful for her ongoing support and can’t wait to welcome The Duke and Duchess to Manchester in September.”
The trip to the UK will be Meghan and Harry’s first since they attended the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations earlier this year.
Speaking about the pair’s planned visit, royal author Angela Levin said she was “very disappointed”.
Ms Levin told GB News: “They hate us, they don’t want to know us but they want to keep in with us so they can earn more money. It couldn’t be more shocking.”
