The Duchess of Sussex is not travelling to Balmoral with the Duke of Sussex, with Harry making the trip by himself, sources have said.
It is understood Meghan will remain in London, but will not attend the WellChild awards.
The Duchess could potentially join Harry in Scotland at a later date, the source said, following the change of plan.
Prince Harry is one of several members of the Royal Family visiting the Queen at Balmoral after a Palace spokesperson said doctors are "concerned" about her health.
The spokesperson said: “Following further evaluation this morning, the Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision.
"The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral.”
A flight containing members of the royal family landed at Aberdeen airport on Thursday afternoon ahead of their anticipated arrival at Balmoral.
Royal Air Force flight KRF23R took off from RAF Northolt in South Ruislip, west London, at 2.39pm, according to flight tracking website Flightradar24.com.
The Dassault Falcon landed at the Scottish airport at 3.50pm.
It is understood that Harry is travelling separately to Balmoral.
