The prime suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann case faces new accusations over a series of separate attacks.
Christian B - who has been investigated by police - allegedly abducted another child just days before the Madeleine was taken, according to court documents.
Prosecutors claim he carried out a number of attacks between 2000 and 2017.
A German court heard that on April 7, 2007, less than a month before Madeleine went missing, he "lay in wait for a child on the beach".

The documents also claim that after taking the child, the 47-year-old forced them to "perform sexual acts on him".
Christian has denied any involvement in Madeleine's disappearance and has not been charged by authorities.
According to the latest allegations, another incident is thought to have taken place less than a mile from where Madeleine vanished in the Portuguese resort of Praia da Luz.
The charges are in connection with an attack and abduction of a 14-year-old girl alleged to have taken place between December 28, 2000 and April 6, 2006.

It has been claimed that he beat the girl with a whip before forcing her to perform oral sex acts on him, which he allegedly recorded.
Christian will be tried for a total of five attacks which reportedly took place over a 17-year period.
He currently remains in a German prison after being found guilty of rape and drug trafficking.
There has not been any significant updates in the Madeleine case for a period of time.
