Lincolnshire bus crash: Vehicle overturned carrying children

A bus carrying school children has overturned in North Hykeham, Lincolnshire.

Police have closed the road and other emergency services are attending the scene.

Police have confirmed that there are no serious injuries.

Lincolnshire Police said: "Emergency services are currently attending reports of an overturned school bus on Meadow Lane, North Hykeham. The road is closed.

"We ask that any parents/guardians understandably concerned do not attend the scene and instead go to St. Christopher's School on Hykeham Road which will be used as a rendezvous point."
