Two police officers are fighting for their lives after a horror car crash in Kent left a member of the public seriously injured.
The incident occurred on Thursday night at a junction on the A20 in Swanley, Kent.
A blue VW Scirocco and a marked Ford Focus police car "collided" at a junction at around 7.45pm, Kent Police has said.
The police car was responding to an emergency call.

Emergency services arrived at the scene and swiftly took the two officers and a member of the public to hospital in London for treatment.
The officers are in a "critical condition", with the member of the public's condition being described as "serious".
The member of the public is still receiving medical treatment.

Kent Police has appealed to anyone who witnessed the event or has dashcam footage to come forward.
In a statement, the force said: “The incident happened on the westbound A20 London Road at the junction with Button Street, Farningham.
“A blue Volkswagen Scirocco and a marked Ford Focus police car, which was responding to an emergency call, collided at the junction.

“Officers and paramedics attended the scene, where two police officers and a member of the public had sustained serious injuries.
“All three were taken to a London hospital for treatment.
“The officers are in a critical condition, while the member of the public is in a serious condition and continues to receive medical attention.
“An investigation is underway and a mandatory referral is being made to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.”
