A heartbroken mother has paid tribute to her "beautiful little" four-year-old boy was fatally struck by a bus outside a hospital in Kent.
Zaahir Jan was visiting his grandmother at Queen Elizabeth Margaret Hospital on Thursday when the incident took place shortly after 4pm.
Kent Police said the white single-decker bus was travelling near the entrance to the A&E department when a four-year-old boy left the hospital on foot, and the collision took place.

The boy was taken inside the hospital, but died a short time later before police informed the boy's next of kin.
In a tragic tribute to her son, Azaria was in disbelief when detailing how her son "fell under a bus and ... died immediately".
"I am so lost he was my son my most beautiful little Jan," she added.
"I don't know what to do, I can't believe you are gone from me, I can't believe they couldn't save you, I can't believe this happened."

Azaria told readers on the GoFundMe - which has already received £2,581 at the time of writing - that she didn't "get to tell you how much I love you".
"Please if anyone can help us to make his burial as beautiful as he was, please I will be so grateful," she wrote.
"Everyone is devastated, but that word doesn’t feel like enough to explain how we are all feeling. Our sweet funny boy with a cheeky smile that could make anyone’s heart full."
Azari shared that she will never get to see Zaahir's smile again.

"(I) can't hold him. Can't cuddle him," Azara continued.
"Can’t hear him. Can’t have him sleeping in my bed tonight. But I can try to give him the best and most comfortable burial."
The heartbreaking tribute also included how the mother wished "you were in my bed tonight cuddling".
"I love you my boy," she said.
The tribute comes as Kent Police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit investigators have urged the public to come forward with relevant information.
"Witnesses, including passengers travelling on the bus who have not yet spoken to police, should call 01622 798538 or email sciu.td@kent.pnn.police.uk, quoting reference KH//055/25," Kent Police said in a statement.
