Patrick Christys was left visibly emotional last night as he and his panel reacted to sickening police bodycam footage of Henry Nowak's arrest.
In the video, which was released by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary, officers attend the scene where Mr Nowak is already lying face down on a gravel driveway.
A man appears to inform the police Mr Nowak is bleeding.
Mr Nowak then tells officers several times "I have been stabbed" and "I can’t breathe".
An officer repeats back to the teenager: "You've been stabbed, mate? I don't think you have."
It also showed his murderer, Vickrum Digwa, falsely claiming the 18-year-old had racially abused and assaulted him when officers arrived at the scene in Southampton.
After watching the footage live on GB News, Patrick blasted: "They don't care, do they? They listen to that bloke that we now know is the murderer.
He added: "The first thing those police officers heard when they got to the scene was that this guy had been swaying from side to side, couldn't prop himself up and was bleeding, and they didn't care.

"What a horrible, horrible way to die. Those police officers, they need to be prosecuted without question."
Carole Malone was also left in tears by the harrowing scenes, saying: "I have never seen anything like that. I've never seen anyone die on camera before.
"His parents have had to see that time and time again. They saw it in court. They will live with that memory all of their lives.
"They have to live with seeing that their son could have been helped, maybe even saved. And they're listening to the idiot and the people around him who did it.

"This boy has been betrayed. From that minute until now, until tonight. Because we have a Prime Minister in this country who has not said a single word about what happened to him.
"I hope Keir Starmer watches that tonight and weeps in the same way everyone in this studio is weeping, because it's the worst thing I've ever seen."
On Monday, Digwa was jailed for life with a minimum term of 21 years at Southampton Crown Court after pleading guilty to the university student's murder last week.
Alongside the police bodycam footage, police also released the 999 call they had received from Digwa's brother shortly before Mr Nowak died on the street.
Vickrum Digwa, 23, stabbed Henry Nowak five times with a 21-centimetre blade | PAIn the short call, the killer's brother falsely told police that they had "just got attacked racially by some white person".
After telling officers their location on Belmont Road, Digwa's brother added: "I just parked on my car to come home, and he's attacked my brother."
Temporary Deputy Chief Constable Robert France - who apolgised for the officers' actions - said the force had been misled on the phone call and faced an "extremely complex" crime scene.
Judge William Mousley KC dismissed Digwa's claims of racism in court, telling the killer he had brought "shame" on his religion and family.
He added that the 23-year-old had "stirred up racial tension in Southampton and across the country which have made many Sikhs worried about their safety".
Sir Keir Starmer finally broke his silence on the case on Monday night after being shamed for failing to release a statement.
He wrote on social media: "This an awful, shocking case. Henry’s loved ones have gone through the trauma of a long trial and endured Henry's killer making up appalling claims about their son who was thoughtful, kind and deeply loved.
"It is right that the IOPC is investigating the police’s response to his senseless murder.
"And we must end the cycle of tragedy by tackling the horror of knife crime.
"Henry’s family, friends, his university and the city of Southampton will continue to feel his loss, and our thoughts will always be with them."
Hours before Sir Keir broke his silence, Hampshire's Police and Crime Commissioner Donna Jones confirmed she intends to write a letter to the Prime Minister.
She said: "I intend to write to the Prime Minister to request a national review of the laws concerning the carrying of bladed articles under religious exemptions.
“Nothing can bring Henry back. There is no doubt Henry’s last moments were terrifying.
“My thoughts remain with his family and I will do everything I can to ensure this can never happen again in this country.”
