GB News clarification - December 9, 2025

On 1 November 2025, GB News published an online article concerning prospective criminal proceedings relating to “Soldier B” and an incident in West Belfast in May 1972. The article erroneously conflated two different individuals named Eugene Devlin. For the avoidance of doubt, the deceased individual referenced and depicted was not Mr Eugene Devlin, who was shot and injured in May 1972 and is alive. The article has been removed.
