A fiery on-air row has erupted on GB News, as two commentators came to blows over the treatment of female employees in the workplace.
This follows reports of a mother winning an employment tribunal, after being told by her male manager that she was being "very emotional and tearful" when she was pregnant.
Debating the topic on Britain's Newsroom, political commentators Stella Tsantekidou and Pearl Davis became embroiled in a heated row over how men should be treating female colleagues in the workplace.
Tsantekidou argued that men should be "more thoughtful" of female colleagues and should "have some standards", however she stated that people "should be allowed be social and friendly with each other in the workplace".

Host Bev Turner claimed that "part of the problem" is that we "don't have enough women in senior managerial roles" and so they cannot empathise with female employees.
Davis argued that "women don't even like working for women", claiming that "if you poll women, they actually prefer male bosses".
Davis fumed: "Cry me a river! Was she being emotional? Maybe that's the question. Maybe she was being emotional. This is what women do. They always go into a workplace and then they sue.
"They sue everybody because their feelings are hurt. If you want to be in a man's world, be in it. Do you think men, when they hear words they don't like, go sue and get a bunch of money for it?"

Tsantekidou hit back, stating: "Yes they would!"

Davis argued: "The problem is it always defers to what women want. Men are always changing the way they talk to appease us. And what happens is women care more about feelings, men care more about information."
Defending the workplace tribunal, Tsantekidou said British judges "need a very high standard of evidence in a tribunal for the case to be successful", and the woman was "representing herself against this massive international company in a David and Goliath case".
Davis mocked Tsantekidou's remarks, arguing: "David and Goliath for what? Oh, she was called emotional? Maybe she was being emotional!
"It happened more than once? Cry me a river! If you want to be equal, a feminist, don't ask for special treatment and privilege."

Bev responded to Davis's remarks, noting: "We have to have babies. Until such time that men can give birth, we have to have understanding and compassion.
"If we want to carry on the human population, then there may be situations in which we need to be accommodated in the workplace."
Davis stated: "You can make the choice to get married and not work if you want. Life is about choices and trade offs and you can't have it all. Women want everything at the same time."
Bev fumed: "Society cannot be only on the one side. They are worried about falling birth rates and we want women to have more families, and then we're also blaming young women. We're saying, why don't young women want to have more kids?"
