Concerned members of the public posted pictures that revealed they all had van number 68 listed on the package.
The pictures also appeared to show the parcels had been delivered to the same property.
However, the residents did not receive their parcels from the delivery company.
Evri has since confirmed that a third-party contractor is no longer delivering goods on behalf of the company in Salisbury.

The firm claimed the unnamed driver did not meet the company's standards.
An Evri spokesman said: "Every parcel matters to us, and we are committed to making every delivery experience a good one.
"We are sorry when one of our couriers doesn’t look after parcels in the way we expect, but the vast majority of our 30,000 couriers are hardworking members of the local community and take pride in their work.
"A third-party contractor was supporting with deliveries in the area, but they didn’t meet our standards, and so they will no longer be delivering on behalf of Evri.

Local residents reported issues with Evri on social media
| GETTY"A new local courier is in place, and the team are monitoring deliveries in the area."
However, Evri's announcement comes after local residents were left infuriated by the delivery fiasco.
Tish Burbidge, a Salisbury pensioner, described the situation as "extraordinarily annoying".
She told The Salisbury Journal: "My problem is that I think in the last eight months, I've not received six or seven parcels.
"So almost one a month. We have the additional problem, which I do understand, is that I am on The Greencroft, but you've actually also got Greencroft Street.

A similar problem has been reported in Hampshire

"I've had photographs, because they're supposed to show proof of where they've left the stuff.
"The proof was nowhere near the Greencroft or Greencroft Street. I mean, literally, it was almost somewhere near Churchfield's. So, a long way away."
Meanwhile, Salisbury resident Laura Clark explained how rife the problem had been.
Ms Clark, who runs two local Facebook groups, said: "If you look at people's proof of delivery pictures, there are multiple posts from so many people all saying the same and nearly all of the parcels are taken on the same property, but at different angles and parts of that one property."
However, issues in Salisbury came just months after police investigated 89 missing Evri parcels in Hampshire.
The deliveries went missing between August 31 and September 19 in the north of the county, detectives said.
Residents across Hampshire continue to complain about the situation after shocking CCTV footage appeared to capture the moment a driver took a parcel from a customer's doorstep.
Toni Fryer, 47, said she would "never use Evri again" after the parcel disappeared from her home in Timsbury, Hampshire on the morning of December 15.
