A person has been left in critical condition after an incident unfolded on the tracks at one of London's busiest tube stations.
The emergency incident sparked travel chaos with tube passengers being "trapped for an hour".
Shortly after 9am on Tuesday morning, emergency crews were called to the Victoria Line platforms at Euston Station.
Paramedics treated the injured person at the scene and rushed them to hospital, describing their condition as "critical", the British Transport Police (BTP) has said.

Commuters on the Victoria Line found themselves stuck on the tube in a tunnel for more than an hour as the service was brought to a stop.
Passengers were led through the driver's cab and onto another train to reach the platform at Euston.
Euston tube station was temporarily closed due to the incident, but has since been reopened.
The BPT said the person's injury is not being treated as suspicious.

Services between Victoria and Highbury & Islington were paused, but restarted around 10.50am.
This latest travel incident comes after a fire broke out in Glasgow next to the city's main railway station on Sunday afternoon.
Firefighters initially attended a fire on Union Street after smoke started pluming from a vape shop there.
However, the blaze spread around the corner to Gordon Street, edging towards the main entrance of Glasgow Central railway station.

The fire caused major travel disruption for those going through the Scottish capital, with the station still closed today.
Trains to and from Glasgow Central continue to be cancelled, including ones to London Euston.
ScotRail has said the disruption can last several days, with no estimate of when the station will reopen.
Over 200 firefighters have been involved in the effort since Sunday, with 18 fire appliances and specialist equipment dispatched at the peak of the blaze.
A preliminary investigation has been kicked off to determine the cause of the fire, which will involve a multi-agency effort, Scottish Fire and Rescue said
People are still advised to avoid the area and should keep their homes well-ventilated as a precaution.
Back in London, the Victoria Line is operating with severe delays as of Tuesday afternoon.
Tickets are also being accepted on London Buses, Weaver line, Suffragette line, Greater Anglia, South Western Railway and Southeastern.
