Protesters are taking to the streets across the nation following the decision on Epping's The Bell Hotel

A Grandmother fearing the safety of her granddaughters has told GB News that we "must save Great Britain" in an emotional plea.

Speaking to the People's Channel, Wakefield resident Dinah Bentley warned that the migrant hotel crisis has become a "dangerous situation".

Following the Court of Appeal's decision to overturn the closure of The Bell Hotel in Epping, protesters across the UK have taken to the streets to demonstrate outside their local migrant hotels.

It is understood that at least 12 councils are set to go ahead with legal action against the Government regarding migrant hotels in their area.

Revealing why she chose to attend her first ever protest, Ms Bentley told host Alex Armstrong: "I found it necessary to protest because I do not want this to be the legacy that we're leaving for our grandchildren.

"And I'm fearful for not just my children, but mainly my two granddaughters. I think it's we're in a very dangerous situation. We've got undocumented young men who we know very little about, and it's a big concern for me."

Delivering her verdict on the decision in Epping, Ms Bentley hit out at the "outrageous" decision by the court.

She stated: "My reaction was, I believe it's outrageous. And in light of the background of the three judges, it's not a surprise that they have overruled the first decision, we're not surprised at all."

Asked by Alex if she believes the justice system has become "politicised" in Britain, Ms Bentley said: "It's very politicised, instead of being unbiased and impartial.

"And I believe, in my opinion, I wouldn't be surprised if the three judges had not been handpicked."

Sharing her tattoo of her great uncle's war portrait, Ms Bentley became emotional as she further detailed why she feels so strongly about the migrant hotel's needing to be shut down.

She explained: "This is my tattoo, but I look upon it as a work of art. It it is my grandmother's brother who was killed in France in 1916 when he was 20, and he died for our country.

"We can't leave a country like it is now to future generations. We've got to save Great Britain in my view."

Questioning how the Government are going to continue to house illegal migrants in hotels despite national protests, Ms Bentley concluded: "I'm very passionate about what's happening and I can't understand the reasoning behind allowing so many undocumented young illegal men to land in in the UK, undefeated.

"I wish somebody would explain. And also what's the long term plan for all these undocumented young men, mainly men, who are in hotels?

"It hasn't been thought through, and I'm fearful about civil unrest. I'm a peaceful person, I don't agree with violence, but I think that feelings are going to be ignited, and I'm also concerned about that."
