Sir Keir Starmer's election fate "has been sealed" following the decision to overturn the closure of Epping's migrant hotel, it has been claimed.
Speaking to GB News, broadcaster Lizzie Cundy hit out at the verdict, claiming the Labour Government has "lost all faith and respect" from the electorate.
On Friday, the High Court injunction which called for the removal of 138 asylum seekers by September 12 was overturned by the Court of Appeal.
Following the decision, it is understood at least 12 councils are to go ahead with legal action against the Government regarding migrant hotels in their area.

Delivering her verdict on the decision, Ms Cundy told GB News: "The good ship integrity sailed long ago for this Labour Party. Look what they've done to the pensioners, look what they're doing to the farmers, there is one thing after another.
"They've had more U-turns than I've ever known in any one Government. Look at their polling, they are down, they are at 20 per cent and Reform are at 35 per cent. The country has lost their faith, lost their respect, and I'm afraid yesterday's events sealed this Government's fate."
She added: "They have lost the next election. They shouldn't have overturned it, they've put illegals in front of their own people."
In disagreement with Ms Cundy, commentator James Schneider argued that closing migrant hotels "will not process asylum applications any quicker".
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Mr Schneider explained: "I think that they do need to process people's cases very quickly, but shutting down hotels where people are currently staying isn't going to make that happen faster.
"I think what they need to do is they need to hire enough people and enough interpreters, enough people to process cases because there are a huge number of people's applications which should be pretty straightforward."
He added: "It's either yes, this person is obviously a refugee or no, they are not. And rather than that taking 18 months, 24 months, that could be done in a much shorter period of time, and then we'd have far fewer people that would that would need to be put up."
Interjecting Schneider, host Nana Akua pointed out that those who are rejected need "some kind of detention centre" to be held in.
Ms Cundy told GB News that Labour are 'completely out of touch with the British people'

She stated: "But then they end up in detention centres, don't they? If their case is rejected, some of them will go through the legal route, which we're all paying for that as well.
"And if that is then decided, then they end up in a detention centre. And some of them, we don't know where to send them."
Suggesting an alternative solution to migrant hotels, Ms Cundy concluded: "Why can't we build like Nightingale Hospitals that we did so quickly as detention centres?
"On UK territories, there are ways, but this Labour Party don't have the will. They're on the wrong side of the argument, they're on the wrong side of history, and they are completely out of touch with the British people."
