We are excited to announce yet another exclusive reward for our valued GB News Members as we partner with S Bish Estate Planning to bring you an exclusive 10% discount on Where There’s a Will, There’s a Way, your practical guide to wills and estate planning.
Where There's a Will, There's a Way is written by Steve Bish, founder of S Bish Estate Planning, and is inspired by a personal tragedy that changed the course of his life. Steve, from Welwyn Garden City, Herts, lost one of his closest friends, Carl Williamson, in a scooter accident in 2001.
Carl died without leaving a will, leaving his widow and family to navigate the legal and emotional complexities of his estate under the Rules of Intestacy. Steve helped where he could, but the experience left a lasting impression. He describes it as “life-changing”.

A £2 donation from each book sold is also being made to the Kaotic Angels Foundation.

At the time, Steve was the managing director and founder of a traditional timber window company. Moved by what he had witnessed, he retrained in estate planning and, nearly 25 years later, now runs a successful practice from offices in Hertfordshire.
That journey, and the lessons learned along the way, form the backbone of Where There’s a Will, There’s a Way. The book is designed to help readers understand their options, plan with confidence and avoid placing unnecessary burdens on their loved ones.
Steve said: “This book is about giving people clarity and confidence. It takes something we all tend to avoid and makes it manageable — even comforting. I’ve deliberately cut through the jargon and written in plain English, because families don’t need complexity at their darkest moments.”
Reflecting on Carl’s death, he added: “Because Carl hadn’t made a Will, his family were forced to organise his affairs without knowing what he would have wanted. It made an incredibly difficult time even worse. I don’t want other families to go through that.”
Steve says he is delighted to be able to offer the book to GB News members and hopes it will serve as a practical, reassuring resource for anyone looking to put their affairs in order.
A £2 donation from each book sold is also being made to the Kaotic Angels Foundation.
