Police forces across England and Wales have been granted new powers to crack down on disruptive protests.
Under plans announced by Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood, senior police officers will be able to consider the cumulative impact of frequent or repeated protests on local communities when imposing conditions on future protests.
The Government says it will "close a gap in the law" that stops police from limiting where and when they occur.
