In the past 30 years, Britain has witnessed the end of the Troubles in Northern Ireland, watched support for the Royal Family shore up, and overseen the success of hosting the 2012 Olympics.
But there has been a rise in the threat of Islamic extremism, the shadow of the 2003 invasion of Iraq continues to loom over the country, and two MPs have been murdered by extremists.
There's been the 2008 financial crash and the Covid pandemic.
House prices have exploded, with Britons divided - largely depending on their age - as to whether this should be celebrated or dreaded.
In the GB News Members poll, 94 per cent disagreed with the statement that Britain has changed for the better over the last three decades, while only five per cent of voters believing that it has.
