Three vacuums were recalled
TESCO
Tesco stated: "Beldray/Ultimate Products are recalling three of their handheld Beldray Revo Cordless Vacuum Cleaners.
"This is due to a manufacturing defect with a small number of the DC adaptors, which may cause the back of the DC adaptor to come off.
"This may be a safety risk to customers."
Anyone with one of the above products should stop using it and contact customer services.
Tesco said: "If you’ve purchased one of these products, please stop using it immediately.
"For a replacement DC adaptor, please contact Ultimate Products on email: productsupport@upplc.com. Phone 0161 934 2213.
"If you have any further questions, you can contact Tesco Customer Services on 0800 505 555."
Recalls can be issued if a health or safety risk is found with a product or food item.
Tesco food has been pulled from shelves over the risk of rashes and vomiting.

It recalled Tesco Plant Chef Sweet Potato & Chickpea Tikka Masala as it contained milk not mentioned on the label.
This could cause severe health reactions in extreme cases.
The statement added: "Please do not consume this product and return it to the store where a full refund will be given. No receipt is required.
"Tesco apologises to our customers for any inconvenience caused. If you require further details, please contact Customer Services."
