The Prince and Princess of Wales have released a new photo of Princess Charlotte, marking her 11th birthday.
The image was captured by Matt Porteous in Cornwall over Easter, to whom the Waleses often turn to mark family occasions.
It depicts the young princess smiling as she strolls through a field of daisies, wearing a black and red striped jumper and blue denim jeans while smiling at the camera.
The caption reads: "Wishing Charlotte a very happy 11th birthday!"
The only daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge was born in St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington on May 2, 2015 at 8.34am, weighing 8lb 3oz.
She is a year younger than the couple's oldest son and heir to the throne, Prince George, 12, and three years older than her younger brother Louis, who turned eight last month.
Like George and Louis, Charlotte currently attends Lambrook School.
However, unlike her younger brother, she will not be required to attend classes on her special day, with it falling on a weekend this year.

Charlotte is known to be a huge dancer, in particular ballet and tap.
She is also renowned for her feistier attitude and has previously been described by her mother as "the one in charge".
Her most recent public outing came at last month's Easter service, where she sported a tan, tailored coat over a pale blue dress, and waved to well-wishers with her siblings.
She was later spotted holding hands with her mother, Catherine, as the pair departed the ceremony, in a rare display of public affection.

The moment was also captured by photographer Mr Porteous, who took the picture during the family's Easter break in Cornwall, when Princess Charlotte was pictured for her latest portrait.
