Achieving beautiful skin is not a task that can be achieved overnight, and any product or practice that promises instant results should be taken with a pinch of salt.
However, it is possible to see results relatively quickly if you know the right strategies. In an exclusive interview with GB News, skin care expert Yvette Wyeth shared her advice on how women can "improve their skin fast at any age".
Founder of Activeskin, Yvette, who has over 25 years in the beauty industry, recommended a comprehensive approach.
She previously shared the quick facial hack that will "bring your skin back to life".
The expert advised selecting active ingredients such as vitamin C serums and hyaluronic acid treatments for hydration and protection.
"You may be using an expensive serum, but it's truly what's inside that counts," she said.
She also recommended facial massage techniques using upward motions to boost circulation and reduce dullness.
Regarding tools, Yvette suggested: "Facial rollers and gua sha tools can offer a little help and feel amazing on the skin when chilled."

Additionally, quick-result face masks deliver an almost instant glow in under 15 minutes.
The expert noted that masks can be "cream, gel, or a sheet mask" and used weekly. Those looking for even quicker results can harness the power of makeup.
One standout product is tinted moisturiser, which provides seamless coverage for "blurring imperfections".
Most recently, Yvette Wyeth spoke about how women can improve their skin swiftly by eating their way to a better complexion.
What's great about this is that it's a cost-effective skin care solution that's incredibly easy to implement.
Urging women to "eat the rainbow", she said: "It's true that choosing natural fruits and vegetables that represent all the colours of the rainbow sets your skin up for success."

For those with busy lifestyles, the skin guru recommended supplementation. "Be sure to top up with a greens powder or superfood supplement to feed your skin more of the good stuff," she advised.
Experts agree that diet and skin are closely interlinked. In 'Diet and skin health: The good and the bad', researchers confirmed: "Diet and nutrition play essential roles in the optimum functioning of the human body, including the skin.
"Thus, certain diet habits such as less water intake, high-fat diet, refined sugar, and certain food additives are unhealthy and harmful to the skin.
"Alternative healthy diet habits such as adequate water intake, consumption of antioxidants and polyphenolic-rich fruits, vegetables, nuts, and legumes; a low glycemic index diet; probiotics; and phytoestrogens should be adopted to enhance skin health.
Not sure where to start? The skin care gurus at Dermaplex revealed the top foods for complexion perfection.
"Look after your body from the inside, and it will show on the outside," they said.
"You are what you eat, as they say! While diet isn’t everything, it can definitely help give you glowing, healthy skin."
