A-list-worthy skin may be well within reach, according to a celebrity facialist, if you're willing to take a holistic approach.
Joanna Czech, who works with stars like Jennifer Aniston and Hailey Bieber, has revealed that proper preparation begins six weeks before a big event.
The globally renowned aesthetician, who's been perfecting skin for 40 years and runs studios in Dallas, New York, and Los Angeles, says there's no such thing as instant red carpet radiance. Rather, a noticeable transformation requires a multifaceted strategy.
"Proper red carpet prep usually takes six weeks," Mrs Czech explained, in partnership with LYMA.
"They change their lifestyle, step up workouts, get slimming massages, and follow a precise facial routine. It's not instant, it takes time."
With such high-profile clients trusting her expertise, the aesthetician has built her reputation on delivering results through a comprehensive approach.
It's important to note that securing A-list skin is not a walk in the park – you've got to make some changes if you want to see results.
But the steps are all achievable if you're willing to take them, and it won't require an A-list bank balance either – just a healthier outlook.

Excellent skin care is needed for red carpet radiance

It is widely understood that using the right skin care products and practices is essential if you desire a vibrant, youthful complexion.
However, you can't out-skin care a poor lifestyle, and your food choices, exercise regime, sleeping habits, and stress levels can all make a difference to your complexion.
Indeed, a skin doctor recently shared five food swaps that boost collagen production, calling it "an essential building block".
Meanwhile, a 44-year-old looks better than those 20 years her junior thanks to a physical activity that keeps her at her physical peak.

| GETTYBeyond an intensive preparation timeline, Mrs Czech shared six key principles (known as "Czechisms") for red carpet-ready skin.
Speaking to DOTSHOP on Instagram, she revealed a brilliantly simple first rule: "Don't bring the streets into the sheets."
She added: "Nighttime is the most important moment for taking care of yourself."
Mrs Czech also shared strong views on where facial care should focus. "The face starts at the nipples and ends in the hairline," she said, pointing out that our necks, hands, and chest age more quickly since they have fewer sebaceous glands.
It's why she insists these areas need just as much attention as the face itself.
The expert's remaining principles focused on personalisation and restraint. "Don't copy what your friends do," she advised, recognising that everyone's skin has unique needs.
She was equally passionate about consistency, insisting that "discipline" is essential for results.
Her final two "Czechisms" warned women about common mistakes. She cautioned women against "overtreating" their skin, urging them to "really communicate with [their] experts" rather than piling on products.
Finally, the skin guru declared there are "no trends in skin care". While trends work brilliantly in fashion, jewellery, hair, and makeup spheres, Mrs Czech warned they can cause "adverse reactions" when applied to skin care.
