Neil Tennant is a British singer who found fame as part of the pop duo Pet Shop Boys.
He owned a home in the British countryside in County Durham.
The singer lived in a property in Wolsingham, in the north east of England.
It is a quiet market town by the River Wear that has many spots to enjoy getting out in nature.

There are lots of walks in the area, ranging in difficulty and distance.
"The small Weardale town of Wolsingham is an official ‘Walkers are Welcome’ town," This Is Durham state.
"[This makes] it a great place to get outside and explore the Durham Dales.
"From forest walks to the Tunstall Reservoir nature trail and many Dark Sky Discovery Sites. There’s lots to enjoy from sunrise to sunset."
Neil was born in North Shields so it is no surprise he chose that part of the country to live in.
The singer also owned a home in Chelsea, London for when he was spending time in the capital city.
Many celebrities own homes in the UK, with many choosing to buy in the countryside.
Singer Brian McFadden lives in a property on the outskirts of Manchester.

Brian's former Westlife bandmate Shane Filan also owns a home in the UK.
He is originally from Sligo in Ireland but lives in a home in leafy Surrey.
Shane and his wife bought a property in Cobham around 15 years ago.
