Paul Dashevsky, co-CEO of GreatBuildz.com, believes that both valuers and prospective buyers are seriously impressed by a fresh, modern space to cook and dine in.

"People often decide whether or not they want to buy a house based almost exclusively on their love or hate for this one room.
