Women who look younger than their years often credit their age-defying appearance to good genes.
However, there are also many lifestyle factors at play when it comes to maintaining a youthful look. Indeed, the importance of a good skin care routine, hair health, and a nutritious diet should not be overlooked.
GB News spoke exclusively to a woman in her 60s about the skin care habits that keep her young.

The sexagenarian, who lives in the US, claimed that even in her 40s, she was asked to prove her age in bars because staff thought she was under 21.
Speaking about her skin care routine, the 63-year-old has kept it simple her entire life: "I never used anything other than soap and water on my face."
Recently, though, she incorporated an anti-ageing product into her regimen, applying a collagen and retinol cream twice daily, in the morning and at night.
Collagen - a protein that we naturally produce - plays an essential role in the skin by providing structure and strength.
As we age, production levels deplete, so the use of collagen-boosting products is an important anti-ageing strategy.
The experts at Nivea explained: "Collagen plays a major role in keeping the skin around the face looking young.
"It provides strength, elasticity and hydration that all make for a visibly youthful complexion."
Benefits of collagen include dewiness, plumpness, firmness, smoothness, and a healthy glow.
Retinol, a form of vitamin A, is also widely hailed as a skin-boosting, anti-ageing ingredient. It works by aiding skin cell turnover, which in turn increases the production of collagen and elastin.
If you're looking to change up your skin care routine, a dermatologist can offer you tailored advice. When using a new product, always ensure you follow its instructions to enjoy maximum benefits and prevent irritation.
"I think a lot of it is attitude, as well," Brenda added. "I've always been an energetic person, full of life and gratitude. I have a fashion writing background and have never dressed my age."
The 63-year-old also ensures she gets plenty of sunlight. While it's important to practice sun safety, namely by applying sunscreen every day and wearing protective clothing, some exposure is beneficial, as it triggers vitamin D production.
