An age-defying content creator has shared her secrets to a youthful appearance

A German content creator has shared her secrets to achieving enviably toned legs at 60 years old on TikTok - and she hasn't gone under the knife to get them.

Gina Drewalowski, who's amassed nearly 40,000 followers on the platform, shared a clip earlier this month covering her most trusted hacks.


She appeared in a burgundy outfit and heels, proudly declaring: "I am 60 years old and not ashamed to show my legs."

In fact, she has made it her mission to spread positivity and prove that ageing is a "super power" rather than something to hide.

To maintain healthy legs, she swears by elevating them against the wall for 15 minutes after a long day, which she says reduces swelling and boosts circulation.

She's also a big fan of alternating between hot and cold water in the shower. "Hot and cold water showers are a game-changer! They enhance blood flow and firm up the skin on my legs," she explained.

Cold showers can tighten pores, reduce puffiness and even stimulate collagen production for better skin elasticity.

Her third tip is shaving or waxing in the evening, which she notes "allows any irritation to subside overnight, [...] wake up with silky smooth legs".

She follows with a homemade coffee scrub in the shower, which costs pennies.

"I mix used coffee grounds with brown sugar and almond oil to create a natural exfoliant," she revealed. "Massaging this blend onto my legs in circular motions smooths the skin and boosts circulation."

She also embraces makeup tricks like "leg contouring" – applying a subtle bronzer along the sides of her legs to create the illusion of length and definition.

In terms of her diet, Gina recommends loading up on fruits, vegetables and whole grains, as a high-fibre diet helps reduce water retention and keeps legs looking lean.


The self-described "confident and happy" mother hasn't had any plastic surgery or fillers, just simple, affordable habits anyone can try at home.
