McDonald's has recently made some changes to its menu. The fast food chain scrapped nine items but has launched six new ones.
The Galaxy Truffle Bunny McFlurry and the Hot Cross Bun Pie were among the items to hit restaurants on March 13, but they have mixed reviews.
Shoppers have flocked to social media to comment on one new product in particular - the Hot Cross Bun Pie, which is a crispy cinnamon pastry filled with a spiced fruit mix and butter-flavour cream filling.
Some fast food fans were delighted to hear about the latest dessert item, but others were rather disappointed when they tried it.

One McDonald's fan praised the new dessert. They wrote on X: "Don’t judge me but the Hot Cross Bun Apple Pie at McDonald’s is sensational."
Another said on Facebook: "Need a trip to McDonald’s! Hot Cross Bun Pie and Latte!"
Under McDonald UK's official Instagram post announcing the new items, one fan said: "Stop!!!!! The Hot Cross Bun Pie ahhhhh." The comment was accompanied by some delighted heart-eyed emojis.
Another McDonald's fan was excited about a second dessert option. They said: "Me and my friend will be RUNNING for that Creme Egg McFlurry - she's gonna love it. Her birthday is soon and instead of cake it's gonna be McFlurry's."
But not everyone was as delighted with the new McDonald's menu, with the Hot Cross Bun Pie raising some eyebrows.
One disappointed dessert lover said: "It's horrendous, one bite and I spat it out. What the heck is the white stuff inside?"
Another commented: "The Hot Cross Bun Pie is absolutely vile! It's like you've emptied the apple pie and filled it with margarine."
A third said: "That Hot Cross Bun Pie is definitely not the one." One disgruntled customer added: "That Hot Cross Bun Pie is the worst thing they have ever done, it’s absolutely foul.
"It’s like eating butter-soaked cardboard flavoured with artificial hot cross bun flavour syrup."
Whether you love or hate the fast food chain's Hot Cross Bun Pie, it's available for a limited time only.
The six new items hitting McDonald's restaurants are the McCrispy Deluxe, Halloumi Fries with Rich Tomato Dip, Galaxy Truffle Bunny McFlurry, Cadbury Creme Egg McFlurry, Hot Cross Bun Pie, and Hot Cross Bun Latte.
