The fast food giant's latest promotion features nine Halloween-themed Care Bears soft toys alongside a brand-new book created exclusively for the campaign.
Families across the UK can now pick up these limited-edition treats with their Happy Meals.
The collection transforms beloved Care Bears characters into spooky versions perfect for the Halloween season.
"McDonald's is delivering smiles with the launch of the Care Bears Happy Meal, arriving in restaurants nationwide on Wednesday, October 15," the company announced.
The Halloween makeover brings together favourite characters in creative combinations.
Kids can collect pairings like Cheer Bear with Grumpy Bear, or Tenderheart Bear matched with Harmony Bear, each sporting festive Halloween touches.
These special-edition plush toys are designed to inspire creative play and storytelling throughout the spooky season.
The collection offers nine different options for children to build their own Care Bears crew.
The exclusive book that accompanies the promotion has been specially written for McDonald's and hasn't been released anywhere else.

The latest arrivals come just one month after the fast food chain released its new menu, including the return of "iconic" favourites.
In a statement from McDonald's, customers were encouraged to feast on tasty sweets and savouries, including the Twix Latte, Philly Cheese Stack, Chicken Big Mac, and Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry.
