A trip to the hair salon can be a fabulous treat, but with stylists frequently charging upwards of £50 for a classic do, most of us don't have the luxury of going every time we wash our hair.
Luckily, Aldi's latest beauty offering facilitates DIY bouncy blow-dries at an affordable price point.
The discount retailer will launch a £12.99 Hot Air Brush this Thursday, responding to a social media phenomenon that has garnered millions of views on TikTok.

The cost-conscious styling tool arrives in stores on August 21 as part of Aldi's limited-availability Specialbuy range.
"Once they're gone, they're gone," the retailer warned customers in an official product announcement.
The styling brush incorporates a 360-degree airflow system with a generous oval barrel that smooths and detangles whilst adding volume from roots to ends, offering a "low-cost way to recreate salon-worthy blowouts at home".
The device works effectively on both damp and dry hair, accommodating various lengths from short crops to long locks.

With the "fuss-free solution", users can achieve everything from sleek, straight styles to big, bouncy waves.
The launch comes as beauty fanatics rack up 42 million posts under the hashtag #hotairbrush, showcasing the device's capacity to create "polished, voluminous hairstyles with minimal fuss".
Aldi's popular Ionic Hairdryer returns simultaneously at the same £12.99 price point. The device features three temperature settings, dual speed controls, and a cooling function for setting styles.
"It also includes both a concentrator and a diffuser attachment, giving you everything you need for a salon-quality finish at home," according to the retailer.
Aldi launched Lacura facial tanning drops earlier this month

The hairdryer comes in four colour options: yellow, orange, black, and white.
Aldi's beauty expansion follows the supermarket's introduction of Lacura facial tanning drops earlier this month, retailing at £3.99 for a 30ml bottle.
The "highly anticipated" drops are offered in two shades and blend with existing skin care routines.
These tanning drops combine vitamin E, aloe vera, and raspberry fruit extract to provide "hydration and moisture" while delivering a natural-looking glow.
During its official product launch, the retailer described them as a "must-have" addition to any beauty regime.
Aldi's Lacura range continues to expand beyond traditional grocery offerings, addressing growing consumer demand for budget-conscious beauty solutions.
Aldi's sub-£13 hair styling tools and £3.99 skin care products offer considerable savings compared to premium alternatives.
This approach resonates particularly well with younger consumers discovering beauty trends through social media platforms.
In more good news for beauty enthusiasts, the supermarket released a limited-edition beauty bonanza at the end of July, complete with hair tools, makeup products, and "skin care saviours".
