The video appears to show two women yelling at each other


After this, the women begin to throw the paper at each other.

It is believed the footage was taken in the German supermarket's Hounslow branch.

The footage went viral on social media, with the video being reposted over 220 times.

It was posted with the caption "Not the poor wrapping paper! #Hounslow"

Many on social media joked that the video marked the start of the festive shopping period.

One said: "‘Yep, it’s time to start your Christmas shopping now!" and another said: "Nothing like traditional Christmas shopping!"

It comes after Aldi had to limit the sales of its popular Kevin the carrot plushies.

Due to high demand, the supermarket limited its purchase to two per customer.

Each of these toys are priced at £3.99 and £6.99.

There's also a special Golden Kevin up for the same price.

There were also fights over the energy and hydration drink PRIME when it hit Aldi shelves.

The drink was made viral after being promoted by YouTubers KSI and Logan Paul.

There were reports of adults were ‘pushing children’ and walking out with crates of the drink,

Aldi only allowing customers to purchase one of each flavour when they launched in December, last year.
