Illness forced reality television personality Vicky Pattison to withdraw from her scheduled appearance on BBC's Strictly: It Takes Two at the eleventh hour.
The 37-year-old contestant revealed through social media on Monday evening that she was too unwell to participate in the programme.
The former Geordie Shore participant, who is partnered with professional dancer Kai Widdrington, 30, on this year's Strictly Come Dancing, disclosed that both she and her professional partner had fallen ill.
The pair's absence created unexpected disruption to the spin-off programme's schedule.
