Susan Boyle has withdrawn from a charity performance in Boston scheduled for Friday, citing her manager's inability to travel following an emergency dental procedure.
The 65-year-old Britain's Got Talent star announced the news on Facebook on Monday morning, expressing her disappointment at missing the David Yarrow Foundation event.
"I'm so sorry to say that I will no longer be travelling to Boston for the David Yarrow Foundation event," she wrote.
"Due to unforeseen circumstances following a dental procedure, my manager has been advised not to fly, which sadly means we're unable to make the journey."

The singer, currently experiencing a career resurgence, had been given top billing at the event named One More Party, which was set to feature Scottish performers ahead of the World Cup.
Supporters responding to the announcement expressed bewilderment at the reasoning behind the cancellation.
Several questioned why Ms Boyle could not make the transatlantic journey independently given that she herself had not undergone any medical procedure.
"Have I read it wrong? Isn't it the manager that can't go?" one fan commented, while another wrote: "Ummmm, the manager had the dental work, not you."

The explanation for Ms Boyle's dependence on her manager becomes clearer when examining their decade-long professional relationship.
Geraldine Easton, who serves as both PA and manager to the Scottish singer, has previously been described by Boyle as "her rock."
It was Ms Easton who discovered Ms Boyle at her home during the 2022 stroke that would leave the performer unable to speak or sing, rushing her to hospital for treatment.
Their bond has deepened further this year, with Ms Boyle relocating from the former council house in Blackburn, West Lothian, where she had lived for six decades, to be nearer to Easton.
Last year, the singer publicly thanked her manager for supporting her return to the recording studio, writing on Facebook: "I want to thank my manager, Geraldine, for being my absolute rock through everything and for helping me get back to where I belong."
The cancellation arrives amid Ms Boyle's ongoing recovery from the stroke that severely affected her vocal abilities for years.
The singer has spoken openly about requiring extensive speech therapy to regain her voice, describing the process as taking "wee baby steps" to avoid setbacks.

"I am not strong on my own," she previously explained. "When I have the support of people around me, I am fine."
