Cooking queen Nigella left fans laughing with her cheeky cooking comments

Queen of the kitchen Nigella is no stranger to leaving fans in hysterics with her hilarious cooking quips and very cheeky innuendos.

And it seems that the TV chef is at it again, as her one-off Christmas special called Nigella's Amsterdam Christmas has left fans in fits of laughter.

Nigella was helping her viewers get into the festive spirit by showing them how she whips up savoury pastries in her usual sultry style.

In the clip, she said: "I advise you to use the back of spoons or some such to do this safely.

The star doesn't always follow the rules when it come to cooking her Christmas recipes.

She recently told The Sunday Times that because her family don't like Christmas cake, she has a chocolate cake in the festive season instead.

She told the publication: "Much as I love a slice of dense, damp Christmas cake, especially when eaten with a slice of strong, sharp cheese, I am surrounded by those who abominate dried fruit in all its seasonal manifestations.

"If no one in your family likes dried fruit, there's no point having a Christmas cake gathering dust or just being eaten on sufferance. If chocolate cake appeals more, go for it."
