Former Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain has revealed the BBC has cancelled her cooking show after a decade on screen, describing the decision as "really difficult".
The 40-year-old, who won the sixth series of the baking show in 2015, announced the news to her 950,000 Instagram followers in a rambling video discussing changes in her career.
Following her Bake Off victory, Hussain presented a slew of BBC cookery programmes including Nadiya's Asian Odyssey, Nadiya's Cook Once Eat Twice, Nadiya's Time to Eat, Nadiya's British Food Adventure and Nadiya's Fast Flavours.
But on Friday, she fumed: "There will be no more cookery show. The BBC have decided that they didn't want to commission the show."

She explained the cancellation marked a "huge turning point" after helming a range of cooking programmes for the broadcaster over the last decade.
"It was huge... I was already on this steady trajectory of change and I was thinking about where I wanted my career to go," she wrote on Instagram.
"And when the BBC decided they didn't want to commission the show anymore, it really did kind of solidify everything for me, and it made me dig my heels in and think: 'OK, I know where I want to be'."
Hussain also railed against the "challenges" she faces as a Muslim woman in TV.
"Actually, it's really difficult as a Muslim woman.
