Marvin Humes struggles to find his feet in tonight's Bushtucker Trial as a first-look preview of the episode shows him fall from the apparatus.
Humes is joined by Siriex - who's taking on his second trial in two days - as they tackle Fly On The Wall in the hopes of bagging stars for camp.
The campmates are dressed in fly outfits and suspended on either side of a wall which is then lifted several feet above water.
They're tasked with shuffling to each number on the narrow ledge beneath them, but the task is made all the more tricky as the surface is covered in a slippery substance.
A preview clip from Tuesday's episode shows Dec explain the rules: "You both need to get into number one, both feet in the red zone!"
Siriex and Humes do their best to try and get purchase on the wall as they begin to shimmy down to their respective zones.
"That's a little shuffle, isn't it? That's a little shuffle," Ant commentates as he and Dec watch on before his co-host chips in: "It's slippy!"
Just a few moments later, Humes succumbs to the surface's volatile surface as he loses his footing.
Ant and Dec agonise as they watch the singer slip and fall into the murky water beneath the apparatus.
"We've lost the first one!" Ant shouts before he turns to the camera and jokes: "And if you missed it, here it is again in slow-mo."
A replay of Humes's fall play again which shows the JLS singer helplessly dive into the water.
"Bingo," Ant jokes before Dec weighs in: "Stop the clock!"
An exasperated Humes says from the water as he swims back to shore: "It's so slippery boys! Jeez."
But will Humes and Siriex be able to keep their footing to bag a full house of stars in order to feed the camp?

Fans will have to tune into Tuesday's episode to find out - as well as discover who'll be the latest celebrity sent home from the camp.
On Monday, it was Nella Rose who was voted out of the camp by the public following a rollercoaster few weeks in camp which has seen her clash with Nigel Farage over cultural appropriation and Siriex over his age comments.
She followed in the footsteps of Frankie Dettori who was the first star sent home on Sunday.
GB News star Farage remains in the running to be crowned King of the Jungle and there are a number of ways in which you can keep him in the jungle here.
