Lorraine Kelly had ITV viewers fuming on Wednesday after she openly laughed during a live TV moment about a This Morning guest.
Michael Phillips, who has been named as the man with the world's smallest penis, was set to appear on the magazine show to discuss his condition.
At the end of her self-titled ITV show, Ms Kelly chatted to This Morning hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shepherd about what viewers could expect from the upcoming programme.
Ms Deeley explained: "We're meeting the man with the world's smallest penis."

Mr Shephard quipped: "Yes - a little bit of everything for you today, Lorraine."
When she came back into view, Ms Kelly could be seen shaking her head before she burst out laughing.
Her ITV colleagues smiled awkwardly as she commented: "Honestly, honestly... Only on This Morning!"
She proceeded to cover her face with her hands to conceal the giggles she'd succumbed to.

Viewers didn't share her amusement, though, with many furiously taking to social media to blast the presenter.
"Why is she laughing? #Lorraine," one person commented, as a second shared: "Dear me #Lorraine, grow up. #ThisMorning."
Another fumed harshly: "Interesting the dreadful & talentless Lorraine Kelly finds it OK to mock a man's body! Not a #Me2 moment, is it? Should be!"
Someone else made a similar point, asking: "If a woman came on with the world's smallest breasts would they be quick to laugh or make fun? #thismorning." (sic)

In response to complaints about someone else mocking the man on This Morning, another viewer commented: "#Lorraine was just as bad with her laughing."
In response, another wrote: "That's exactly what I just said to my hubby! She's all for raising awareness for women's issues but laughs at a fella for doing the same. Disgraceful."
Mr Phillips, from North Caroline in the US, has spoken previously about his condition and the impact it has on his life.
Speaking to The Sun, he shared: "I was actually looking to see if there is a Guinness world record for the smallest and see if I can enter for that.

"I try to turn a negative into a positive, so I'm trying to make everything a positive – so if I can get a title out of it, then great.
"I went to the doctor about four or five months ago with concerns over my penis size. I was informed there is a condition called a micropenis.
"I was referred to a urologist. I was always aware it had been small, but wasn’t aware there was a condition for it."
He added: "The main reason I went to the doctor was because my penis is actually too small to have sex at all."
