Former Towie star Lauren Goodger has revealed she deeply "regrets" undergoing cosmetic surgery and is planning to reverse multiple procedures.
The 38-year-old reality television personality recently announced her intention to remove the breast implants she has had for 11 years.
In a candid Instagram post last month, Goodger explained her decision to seek removal surgery, writing: "11 years ago, I had a breast augmentation, one of the things I regret later in life. I had the perfect boobs...
"They have been great over the years but since being a mum and breastfeeding for one year they have now changed and I've always found they make me look bigger!"

The Essex native has spoken frankly about how the procedures have affected her self-image. "I've ruined my looks with surgery - I hate my fake boobs and bum now," she told The Sun in a recent interview.
She added: "When I look at myself naked in the mirror, all I see are lumps and bumps everywhere."
The reality star underwent a Brazilian butt lift in Turkey in 2017, a procedure she now deeply regrets. The surgery involved transferring fat from other parts of her body to enhance her buttocks.
Goodger, who shares daughter Larose with ex-partner Charles Drury and lost daughter Lorena at birth in 2022, expressed particular distress about her altered appearance.

She said since becoming a mum she dislikes how her breast augmentation makes her look
"I feel like my body looks abnormal - I don't need these massive boobs and massive bum," she admitted.
Speaking to Closer magazine last year, she expressed remorse about the decision.
She said: "When I had everything done, I looked the b*ks. My boobs looked amazing, I loved how I looked in pictures and all the attention. But now I wish I'd never had anything. I want it all out."
Goodger has also revealed that the procedures cause her physical discomfort. "My bum and boobs make me look bigger and cause me pain. I want to reverse it all and go back to natural," she stated.

Speaking to OK! magazine, Goodger revealed she has not had fillers for over two years, though she continues to have Botox three times annually.
She has also adopted a healthier lifestyle, completely abstaining from alcohol, cigarettes, vaping, and caffeine.
The reality star explained these changes are part of her efforts to lead a "healthier and happier" life.
Goodger first rose to fame when Towie premiered in 2010 and was previously engaged to Mark Wright.
She has faced scrutiny about her appearance from online trolls throughout her time in the public eye.
