The former glamour model was left in the dark about her husband's whereabouts for two weeks

Last week, Katie Price revealed she had finally found her husband, Lee Andrews, after two weeks of radio silence.

However, despite celebrating the occasion on social media, it seems the 48-year-old has made the decision to deactivate her Instagram account.

An error message is now in place of the profile, which reads: “Profile isn’t available. The link may be broken, or the profile may have been removed.”

Ms Price is yet to address why her Instagram profile has been deleted, with an insider claiming to The Sun: “They’re hoping to get it back online soon – it was suspended but nobody knows why”.

The move comes after the former I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! star discovered her other half had been held in a notorious Dubai detention facility on suspicion of spying or using covert, illegal, and unauthorised means to collect secret, classified, or proprietary information.

The former glamour model revealed on her podcast, alongside her sister Sophie Price, that she managed to speak to the 43-year-old businessman after his father revealed where he was.

Mr Andrews is believed to have been arrested on May 14 and taken to Al Awir prison, which in the past has been dubbed the "Dubai Alcatraz" due to its harsh conditions.

Speaking about the ordeal on the podcast, The Katie Price Show, she expressed: “Today was the day - which is why I'm happy - Lee has been found alive.”

She went on to add that Dubai authorities had interrogated her husband, believing him to be involved in espionage.

Their telephone call was brief, with the conversation only lasting two minutes, and explained: “He said to me, 'Did you think I was dead?' I’m like, yes!”

She explained she told him: “We didn’t know what had happened. But it doesn’t sound like he’s had a good time. Put it that way."

"Oh well,” her sister bluntly responded before Ms Price continued: “But when he gets out, we get the real story of everything that’s happened.

“All of it, because I think everything needs an explanation of everything that’s gone round.”

Despite the lack of time they had, Ms Price didn’t hold back from telling her husband about how the public perceived his disappearance.

"Just know one thing: You're the most hated man in Britain," she told him during the call, adding that "everyone thinks this is a scam."

Ms Price recounted that Mr Andrews seemed bewildered by the backlash, asking "what, what, why?" in response.

She informed him that the situation had "gone viral" and had been "a bl**dy nightmare" while he was out of contact.

Ms Price has since insisted that her husband must now give a comprehensive interview to address the numerous allegations swirling around him and clear his name with the British public.

"When he gets out, we get the real story of everything that's happened," she stated. "I think everything needs an explanation.”

However, whilst Ms Price is keen to get her husband home and for him to clear his name, her sister didn’t think so.

The co-host of The Katie Price Show firmly rejected the idea of ever having Mr Andrews as a guest.

She slammed: “No, no, no! If you want to do a separate chat with him, that's down to you."

Jumping in, Ms Price noted: “Because I think the viewers would like to see it,” leaving her sister to back down and add: “Alright, you can do that then, that’s cool.”

Mr Andrews is expected to be released from custody on Monday following payment of a four-figure fine.
