Katie Price's ex-husband, Kieran Hayler, has been charged with three counts of rape and sexual assault against a 13-year-old girl.
The allegations date from June to October 2016, the halfway point of his marriage to Ms Price.
The pair were married for six years and share two children, Jett aged 12 and Bunny aged 11.
The alleged victim is not a member of his or Ms Price's extended family.

In a statement, Sussex Police said: "We can confirm Kieran Hayler, 38, of Northchapel in West Sussex, has been charged with three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault against a 13-year-old girl.
"Mr Hayler remains released under investigation and is due to appear before Crawley magistrates' court on November 19.
“The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has received support from specially trained officers as our enquiries continue."
Mr Hayler, who has previously worked as a stripper and actor, appeared on reality shows with Ms Price.

He was last pictured out in public on October 3, when he visited the Tulleys Farm Shocktober event near Crawley.
In a selfie from the event, he wrote: "My favourite event of the year."
Mr Hayler's legal representative said: "Kieran Hayler strongly denies the allegations made against him in its entirety.
"Mr Hayler is fully engaged and has been cooperating with the police throughout the investigation and will continue to do so. He looks forward to his name being cleared, believing in the judicial system to do so."
Mr Hayler first met with Ms Price in 2012, proposing on Christmas Day.
The pair married at a luxury resort in the Bahamas in 2013.
Mr Hayler was her third husband, following her divorces from Peter Andre and Alex Reid.
Ms Price discovered in May 2014 that Mr Hayler had been cheating on her with her best friend Jane Pountney when she caught them kissing on a beach in Cape Verde.

Mr Hayler confessed to a long, intimate relationship with Jane.
He would go on to cheat two more times, with Chrissy Thomas and the pair's nanny, Nikki Brown, despite Ms Price forgiving him after the second affair.
The pair divorced in 2021 after their marriage broke down in 2018.
Mr Hayler said in 2021: "As of July 12, we are now divorced. It took just over three years. We didn't rush it; it was in the process for a long time, and Covid-19 hit, which held up the courts.
"It wasn't in our hands. There was no legal battle. I said to her, I will be the only person that doesn't take any money from you because that’s not who I am, I don’t want her money."
