The birth follows Ms Ryan's pregnancy announcement on her podcast in June, though she had attempted to keep the news private until her teenage daughter inadvertently revealed hints online.
The couple are already parents to 15-year-old Violet from Ms Ryan's previous relationship, four-year-old son Fred, and two-year-old daughter Fenna.
Additional photographs showed the older siblings meeting their new sister at the family home.
The parents had chosen not to learn their baby's gender beforehand, with differing predictions about whether they were expecting a boy or a girl.
