The Kent country retreat belonging to former MasterChef presenter Gregg Wallace has reportedly been placed on the market with an asking price of £1.295 million.
The 61-year-old is believed to have purchased the detached property in Biddenden, near Ashford, for £810,000 back in 2008.
According to The Mirror, estate agents Harpers and Hurlingham describe the residence as a "delightful, generously proportioned detached family home" that comes with equestrian facilities and roughly five acres of grounds.
The property encompasses gardens, woodland, and pasture land, whilst also featuring a stable yard with five stables, a hay barn, and a workshop.
Gregg Wallace had 45 out of 83 allegations substantiated against him | BBCPerhaps most notably, the home boasts its own carp lake.
Mr Wallace, who was dismissed from the BBC following upheld misconduct allegations, announced last month his intention to sell the property as he prepares to relocate and travel with his wife, Anne-Marie Sterpini, and their son, Sid.
The ground floor accommodation comprises an impressive entrance hall leading to a triple-aspect sitting and dining room complete with a fireplace and log-burning stove.
A double-aspect family room and study provide additional living space, whilst the kitchen and breakfast room features four aspects with doors opening onto the terrace.
Upstairs, the principal bedroom suite includes a dressing room and bath/shower room, complemented by a guest bedroom with its own ensuite shower room, three additional bedrooms, and a family bathroom.
Electric gates provide access to the driveway, which offers substantial off-road parking adjacent to the concrete stable yard.
Outside, a paved terrace with a working fountain provides an ideal space for entertaining, whilst an ornamental fishpond sits beside the adjoining lawn.
The grounds also include an orchard planted with apple, pear, plum, and peach trees.

Mr Wallace shared his plans with his 235,000 Instagram followers in a video posted last month, appearing in what seemed to be his back garden. He opened up on his desire to leave the UK for travel once he and his family relocate.
"Big changes this year. Selling this, our family home, moving to a new area, trying to organise a life of adventure, travelling around Italy for five months of the year," he stated.
In a subsequent post filmed inside the property, he said: "Big conversations going on now. What would you take? What would you leave behind? Don't say you'd leave behind all of it."
The presenter has cited his daughter living in Yorkshire and his longstanding fondness for the region as motivations for the relocation.

| BBCHe has expressed a desire to find a property within a town setting, seeking a greater sense of community after feeling "cut off" at his current rural residence.
Mr Wallace also revealed plans to homeschool his six-year-old son, Sid, who was diagnosed with autism in 2022.
Mr Wallace was dismissed from MasterChef last July following an independent inquiry ordered by production company Banijay in the wake of a BBC News investigation that first revealed claims of inappropriate sexual comments in November 2024.
Of the 83 complaints lodged against the presenter, 45 were upheld, with the majority relating to inappropriate sexual language and humour, alongside culturally insensitive or racist comments.
John Torode and Gregg Wallace were both sacked from their roles on MasterChef | BBCThe substantiated allegations, which largely occurred between 2005 and 2018, included one instance of unwelcome physical contact and three occasions of being in a state of undress.
Mr Wallace issued an apology stating he was "deeply sorry for any distress caused" and that he "never set out to harm or humiliate", whilst maintaining he was cleared of "the most serious and sensational allegations".
The presenter has emphasised that the property sale signals a fresh start rather than financial difficulties, though he has acknowledged wanting to secure his family's future, given his wife is considerably younger and their son has special needs.
